Tai’an Train Station is about 9 miles (14 kilometers) fromMount Taishan, 6 miles (10 kilometers) from Dai Temple, and 28 miles (45 kilometers) from Culaishan National Forest Park.
Passengers can take buses no. 17, 18, 27, 34, 37, 38, 44 or tourism buses no. 61, 62 and 63 from Front Square of the station to the downtown area and other places.
Taishan Railway Station specializing in normal trains is closer to city center and the mountain site.
Taishan Railway Station mainly operates ordinary trains to/from Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Qingdao, Harbin, Chongqing and Kunming, etc.

It is located closer to city center, about 2 miles (3 kilometers) from Mount Taishan and 19 miles (30 kilometers) from Culaishan National Forest Park.
Bus stops can be found at the front square or Dongyue Avenue in front of the station. Buses available include 1, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9 (night line), 11 (west ring line), 11 (south ring line), 12, 13, 15, 16, 39 (East Ring Line), 39 (North Ring Line), 48 and 50. Passengers can take these buses to the downtown area or other places.
Both of the stations have been connected with the Mount Tai by city buses, offering great convenience for tourists.
